They're pretty accurate! This lens is strongly pigmented, so it covers my dark brown eyes perfectly. I don't know how is it on lighter eyecolors, but it almost covers the whole iris, so if you have light eyecolor I would say it’s a good choise. It's noticable even in dim light which is pretty good. The design is also gorgeous, they're very very vibrant, and I was amazed because it looked bright on the stock photos and I wouldn’t have thought it'll pop out this much on my dark brown eyes.
Enlargement
It’s a 14.5mm lens, so it won't give you a very big effect, but thanks to the outer ring, it still has enlargement. I recommend them for boy characters. If you want a more natural and realistic look that gives a nice but not too fake enlargement to your eye, it's perfect.
Comfort
I was surprised by how comfortable these are! I could wear them for a long time without even feeling them. They don't hinder my vision at all and I completely forget that I'm wearing them. I wore them for probably more than 6 hours in a row without problems.
